Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, which was a big lake, has history of thousands of years, temples more than houses, people from different culture and ethnic groups and legends bigger than mountains.
Chitwan National Park is situated in south central Nepal and 170 km far from Kathmandu. It is the first National park and used to be the hunting area of Royal Families, Rana Rulers and their guest. This national park is famous for wildlife safari, flora and fauna and Indigenous Tharu People and their culture.

Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival (1,350 m/4,430 ft)
Day 02: Visit Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square
Day 03: Fly to Chitwan- 25 minutes and Jungle Activities
Day 04: Chitwan Jungle Activities
Day 05: Fly Back to Kathmandu -25 minutes, visit Patan Durbar Square and Swyombhunath Stupa

Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival (1,350 m/4,430 ft)
After arriving at Kathmandu International Airport, you will be met and welcomed by our representative. Please look for signage with your name once you come out of Arrival Terminal Hall after collecting your luggage. You will be escorted by our representative to the hotel. In the evening, we will organize a Welcome Dinner at a traditional Nepalese Restaurant where you will enjoy a Nepalese cultural program as well as a fine local Nepali meal.

Day 02: Visit Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and Kathmandu Durbar Square
Optional Tour – Everest Flight In the morning, there is the opportunity to take a flight to Everest. These flights offer a panoramic view of the Himalaya in just one hour. Mountain flight in Nepal is to be “Once in a lifetime experience”.
After breakfast at hotel, we start our day with visit to Pashupatinath Temple, a famous Hindu temple at the bank of holy Bagmati River where Hindu people cremate dead body for salvation. Afterwards, drive to Boudhanath Stupa which is among the largest Stupas in South Asia, and it has become the focal point of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. In the late afternoon, we drive to Kathmandu Durbar Square also called Kastamandap, from which the name of Kathmandu was originated, where you can see living goddess, Kumari. Walk around to the Freak Street, which used to be very famous in early 1960s to late 1970s for hippies. Here Nepalese Kings used to crowned and solemnized. Interesting things for visitors to see are Taleju temple, gigantic figure of Kalbhairav (the god of destruction), Basantapur Durbar, and Temple of Kumari (living goddess). This is the mostly affected Square in Kathmandu because of Great Earthquake of April, 2015. Now, this is in renovation process.

Day 3: Fly to Chitwan-25 Minutes and Jungle Activities
After breakfast, we will drive to domestic terminal for flight to Bharatpur Airport and drive to Chitwan. Upon arrival in Chitwan, we will be welcome by naturalist and enjoy delicious lunch. We will be guided here with the naturalist who gives us information on Chitwan, indigenous Tharu people, their lifestyle, National park, flora and fauna, climate and many more. In the evening, we will visit Tharu Village and enjoy Sunset over Rapti River.
Evening, there will a Tharu Cultural Program with information session. Participate in dance program with local Tharu dancers.

Day 04: Chitwan Jungle Activities
After breakfast, we will do canoeing (Wooden Dugout Boat) at Rapti River where we can see riverside scenery and many species of birds; also we will encounter two types of Crocodiles, – Gharial and Mugger including many aquatic creatures. Also there is a high chance of witnessing One Horned Rhinos. After Canoe Ride, we will enjoy Jungle Walk and visit Elephant Breeding Centre, which is one of its kinds in this part of the world. Then we will drive back to lodge for lunch and rest. In the evening, we will enjoy Jungle Safari to see One Horned Rhinos, deer, birds, and some time if we are enough lucky, we might encounter with Bengali Tiger.

Day 05: Fly Back to Kathmandu-25 minutes and visit Patan Durbar Square and Swyombhunath Stupa
After breakfast, we will drive to Bharatpur airport for flight back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, we drive to Lalitpur, Patan Durbar Square. Patan boasts of many famous sites and unique architecture. Krishna Mandir in this Square was built to honor an incarnation of Vishnu. One of the best examples of stone architecture in the world, scenes from Mahabharat, Asia’s greatest mythological war, is carved on the temple’s walls. Home to traditional artists and sculptors, one can find more temples dedicated to Ganesh (the elephant-headed god), Shiva, Narsingha, Taleju, and others are located at Patan Durbar Square. After Patan, we drive to Swayambhunath Stupa also called Monkey Temple, a Stupa in a small hill of Kathmandu over viewing Kathmandu valley and the surrounding mountains. In the evening, we will host farewell dinner at one of the best local restaurant in Thamel.

Day 06: Departure from Kathmandu
After breakfast at hotel, our local representative will drop you to airport before 3 hours of your flight time.
